Words cannot truly express how awesome this venue is. First, it is picturesque with two old farmhouses, a carriage house (both for lodging), a small indoor event space (lodging on the first floor), a pavilion housing a large event space, a church/chapel and a one-room schoolhouse. Second, Deb, the manager/innkeeper, is an angel! She never batted an eye at the fact that we are a same-sex couple which meant the world to us and she helped us plan for weeks ahead to make our stay and our wedding reception perfect. She and her family worked so hard to make everything just right and to make sure we had everything we wanted. Her daughter even made our cake! This is the perfect place for a wedding and would also be great for a family reunion or even just a small group getaway. You don't have to rent out the entire property if you don't need it. The only criticism I would give is that the whole place needs a little maintenance and a coat of paint, but even that couldn't mar the beauty.
